A Risk Assessment involves a site visit to determine if there is anything in the workplace which could cause harm to workers/visitors.

O’Reilly Training Ltd can provide an expert consultant with experience in your industry to fully develop a Risk Assessment for you or work with you in preparing easy-to-use Risk Assessment templates which can be tailored and re used again and again to suit your organisations’ ongoing development and any resulting changing working environments.

Method Statement

O’Reilly Training Ltd can undertake your Method Statement which is an employer’s duty under The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (Part 2), Chapter 1 (Section 8), General Duties of Employer.

A Method Statement is required to ensure that the Employer specifically outlines work methodologies, process outlines, sequences and scopes of work, risk assessments (as outlined in the section above), training, plant & equipment requirements, responsibilities and contact details.

O’Reilly Training Ltd can provide an expert consultant with experience in your industry to fully develop a Method Statement for you or work with you in preparing easy-to-use Method Statement templates which can be tailored and re used again and again to suit your organisations’ ongoing development and any resulting changing working environments. Complimentary consultancy services are also on offer to assist an organisation in their Safety efforts such as Site Audit, Tool Box Talk, Safety Presentations, Inductions and Method Statement Analysis.

O’Reilly Training Ltd can undertake your Safety Statement which is the most basic legal requirement of all employers under Section 20 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.

Safety Statement development involves a site visit to determine if there is anything in the workplace which could cause harm to workers/visitors and to meet those involved in the different working practices within your organisation. The document is then used as a reference tool to ensure that the safety of everyone within the workplace is paramount and to identify and deal with any risks to safety which may emerge. The Safety Statement should particularly be made available to any new employees at the time of their induction.

Employers often find it difficult to keep track of the range and regular changes of obligations they are required to meet, meaning they only find out that they have an issue when an accident has already occurred.

O’Reilly Training Ltd offers a Workplace Audit involving a site visit to assess actual activities and equipment and to look at an organisation’s documentation and training requirement to fulfil their Health and Safety duties.
